Michael Callahan, a nationally renowned speaker of Marc Gold & Associates and Employment for All, will discuss the emerging concept of Customized Employment, a strategy useful for assisting people with significant disabilities to become employed.  Michael describes Customized Employment as standing on the shoulders of Supported Employment, but Customized Employment goes beyond to include any individual with a complex life.  Customized Employment individualizes the employment relationship between employees and employers in ways that meet the needs of both.  Please join us as we welcome all to a working life!
